Sixty-two minutes into the England-Portugal game and Rooney just got a red card for pushing a Portuguese player. Rooney probably deserved it after losing his temper and pushing another player during the stop of play -- but you have to admit he was provoked by Portugal's constant diving and faking and whining.

I hope England doesn't blow this game.

UPDATE: It's penalty kicks. This hasn't been an especially good game -- both teams have been lagging and nobody has tried to do much of anything.

GAME OVER: Portugal. Bah. PKs were the best part of this game. Both goalies were incredible in penalty kicks, especially the Portuguese goalie.

I can't believe they advanced. I'm actually considering rooting for Brazil in the next game -- I hate the way Portugal plays so much. They go down every freaking play.
