Has anyone had any experience using Nigger: The Strange Career of a Troublesome Word in an introductory composition class? The book is really fascinating, and seems tailor-made for 101 -- but I'd feel a bit uncomfortable putting the order in at the bookstore, and I can barely bring myself to type the n-word, much less say it aloud.

In any event, it's a good book. Another great Ed McKay's find.
