I'm a huge fan of (UNCG Writing Program graduate) Kelly Link -- we tried unsuccessfully to get her in the first issue of BCR -- so Cory's news that her first book of cracked short stories, Stranger Things Happen, is now available for free as a Creative Commons download is very welcome. Check it out.

This is all happening in part because of today's release of Link's second collection, Magic for Beginners, which Jelly Ink says they plan to release in CC format later this year.

Of course, you should always just buy a copy of Stranger Things Happen, too.
