...is a new, narrative style of video game review, replacing the stale by-the-numbers approach of the standard review. It's a pretty neat idea, and this piece shows the style's strengths well (and don't worry about the title -- the n-word is used by the piece's antagonist, not uncritically by the reviewer). I don't know why this should be new. To my mind, this is the only sensible way to review a video game in the first place.
