The granddaddy of comic lit, Art Spiegelman, has an
interview about his new book up at the
NY Times. Reference is made to his indispensable novel about the Holocaust and its survivors,
Maus.
The new book is
In The Shadow of No Towers, and it's about (what else?) 9/11 and its aftermath. You might have seen an excerpt in the latest
McSweeney's, if you're a
McSweeney's kind of person, or know someone who is. I'm sure it's good. I'll be looking for it.
